Does vitamin c help erectile dysfunction?

My doctor and I have been discussing options for my erectile dysfunction. I came across some information suggesting Vitamin C might help. Can this actually be a factor in improving things?

Bhaiya, pareshan mat hoiye. Vitamin C toh sharir ki kamzori door karta hai aur khoon ka bahav thik rakhta hai. Par iske liye aapko kisi acche doctor se milkar sahi salah leni chahiye, sharmayein nahi.

Hey bro, don't sweat it too much, it happens to a lot of guys. I read that citrus fruits are good for blood flow, but honestly, just talk to a professional. No need to feel awkward about it.

Vitamin C is known to improve nitric oxide production, which helps blood vessels dilate. While this can theoretically support circulation, it is not a direct cure for ED. It is highly recommended to seek professional medical advice.

As a vegetarian, I ensure I get enough Vitamin C from amla, bell peppers, and citrus fruits. It definitely keeps your blood vessels healthy. But for specific conditions like ED, you should rely on a doctor rather than just food changes.

Eating fresh citrus fruits or daily amla is very good for your blood vessels. However, if this issue is persistent, it could be a sign of diabetes or heart health issues. Please get yourself checked by a doctor soon.

My doctor mentioned that Vitamin C protects nitric oxide from degradation, which is essential for healthy blood flow. However, he emphasized that ED is often a vascular warning sign or psychological, and supplements alone are not a replacement for medical therapy.

I was actually reading a study online that says antioxidants like Vitamin C can improve pelvic blood flow. It seems to have some scientific backing, but we probably shouldn't rely on it as a primary treatment.

I completely panicked when I faced this last year and started taking tons of Vitamin C hoping it would fix the blood flow. Later, my doctor explained it was just stress-induced and totally normal. Take a deep breath, stress makes it much worse.

Along with a diet rich in Vitamin C like amla and lemon, practicing daily Pranayama and pelvic exercises can significantly improve blood circulation. Keep your mind calm and give your body some time to heal naturally.

Bro, Vitamin C is good for overall health, but it's not a magic cure for ED. I tried loading up on oranges and amla when I had performance anxiety, but fixing my sleep and reducing stress is what actually helped.
