Does veozah cause hair loss?

A new medication, Veozah, is what I'll be starting for my hot flashes and menopause symptoms. A friend told me some medicines can cause hair thinning, and I'm worried about that. Has anyone on Veozah experienced hair loss as a side effect?

I have been taking Veozah for hot flashes for about three months now. Personally, I haven't noticed any major hair loss, maybe just the usual few strands during combing, which is normal for my age.

Since it is a relatively new non-hormonal drug for menopause, we should be cautious about side effects. Hair thinning isn't widely reported as a main side effect, but hormonal changes during menopause themselves cause hair fall. It's best to discuss this with your doctor.

I had some stomach issues when I started Veozah and had to monitor my liver enzymes closely as advised by my doctor. If you are experiencing hair loss or any other unusual changes, please don't ignore it and get a proper checkup.

My sister was prescribed Veozah, and my mother suggested she use home-made amla oil for her hair dry issues. But we made sure to ask her doctor first, who assured us that the medicine itself rarely causes hair loss. Trust your doctor's advice.

Hair loss is not a common side effect of Veozah, but menopause itself can often cause hair thinning.
