Does vaginal estrogen cause cancer?

My doctor recommended vaginal estrogen therapy for my menopause symptoms, but I read some worrying things online. I'm really scared about cancer risks. Does using vaginal estrogen actually cause cancer?

Haan na, estrogen word sunte hi darr lagta hai. But doctors say vaginal estrogen locally act karta hai, toh bloodstream mein bohot kam jata hai. Phir bhi safe side rehne ke liye, regular checkup toh zaroori hai.

My wife was searching this at midnight and woke me up in a panic. Apparently, because it is local, the cancer risk is extremely low compared to oral estrogen pills. But seriously, ask your doctor so both of us can sleep peacefully!

Most research shows local vaginal estrogen doesn't increase cancer risk significantly because the dose is very small. I always believe keeping your body active with daily walks and yoga helps manage menopause symptoms naturally while keeping you healthy.

As someone managing hormone issues, I know how scary 'estrogen' sounds. Local vaginal estrogen is considered safe, but you must get regular pelvic exams and doctor follow-ups to ensure your body is responding well.

I had the exact same fear when I was prescribed vaginal estrogen cream last year. My gynecologist cleared my doubts, explaining that since it doesn't travel through the whole body, the safety profile is excellent. I have been using it with no issues at all.

Fear is the biggest enemy of our healing process. Local estrogen is generally very safe, so do not let negative thoughts consume you. Keep a peaceful mind, trust your doctor, and let nature heal your body.
