Does tweaked by nature cause hair loss?

I recently started using some products from "Tweaked by Nature" for my hair. Since then, I've noticed a lot more hair falling out than usual. Could this brand of products be causing my hair loss?

Honestly, between my late-night shifts and stress, my hair is falling out anyway, regardless of what shampoo I use! If you are losing hair after using a product, just stop it immediately. No need to overcomplicate things when your scalp is clearly complaining.

With PCOS, my hair fall is always a constant struggle, so I am very cautious about trying new hair care brands. Sometimes these natural ingredient products can have strong essential oils that might irritate sensitive scalps and trigger hair fall. It's safer to do a patch test first or ask a dermatologist.

Look, 'natural' doesn't automatically mean safe or suitable for your specific scalp type. Hair loss can be due to hard water, stress, or nutritional deficiencies, not just one hair product. Stop using it for a week, and if the shedding stops, you have your answer.

I read some mixed reviews about natural hair products causing hair fall and got so worried! I always fear that trying something new will ruin my hair volume completely. If you are noticing more strands in the drain, maybe switch back to your regular mild shampoo for peace of mind.

While external products matter, healthy hair actually comes from within. Make sure you are getting enough protein, iron, and seeds in your vegetarian diet instead of just worrying about shampoo brands. If the hair fall is severe, please check with a dermatologist.
