Does turmeric damage liver?

My father loves his haldi doodh every night, but his doctor recently told him to be careful with certain supplements due to his liver condition. Can consuming turmeric regularly damage the liver, especially for someone who already has liver issues?

Humare yahan toh sabji mein roj haldi daali jaati hai, isse koi nuksan nahi hota. Aap bilkul chinta mat kijiye, ghar ka shuddh khana khaiye aur swasth rahiye.

For my high BP, I keep my lifestyle very clean and avoid unverified supplements. Normal culinary turmeric is safe, but don't take extra capsules without regular checkups with your family doctor.

Because of my PCOS, I try to keep my diet clean and use turmeric as an anti-inflammatory spice. It is safe in normal food, but always consult a doctor before starting heavy extracts.

I used to drink too much turmeric tea for my skin and worried about this too. My mom made me realize that moderation is key, and simple home food is always the safest.

Haldi is a medicine given by nature, dear, it doesn't cause harm in cooking. Just avoid taking modern tablets and keep your home remedies simple and limited.
