Does the jello trick work for weight loss?

My sister told me about this 'jello trick' she saw on a health blog, claiming it helps with satiety and weight loss. I'm a bit skeptical. Does the jello trick actually work for weight loss or is it just another online hack?

Honestly, it is just a trick to fool your stomach. I tried eating sugar-free jello when cutting, and it works for like 30 minutes because of the water volume, but then you get hungry again. Better to eat real protein like eggs or paneer.

My teenage daughter tried this last winter after seeing it on social media. It just made her feel bloated and she ended up skipping real, nutritious meals. I stopped her because growing kids need actual nutrition, not empty gelatin tricks.

I got really anxious when my stomach started bloating and hurting after trying the jello diet hack. Later, my doctor reassured me that the high amount of gelatin was just heavy to digest. I stopped doing it, and my stomach got back to normal in two days.

I know how frustrating it is when you want to lose weight and feel desperate to try anything that promises quick results. But please be careful with this jello hack because artificial sweeteners can sometimes upset your gut and make you feel worse.

It might help suppress hunger for a tiny bit because of the water content, but please don't rely on it. Taking care of your health with actual, wholesome meals is much safer and better.

Eating processed stuff like sugar-free jello frequently is not good for overall health, especially if you have issues like high BP. Stick to natural, high-fiber foods like oats and vegetables, and keep doing your regular health checkups.

Haan, weight loss cuts are so exhausting na! This jello trick is just a temporary hack to curb sweet cravings, but it is not a real diet. In the end, home-cooked light food and daily walks are what actually work.

I can barely get six hours of sleep and now I have to prepare jello cups to lose weight? I tried it once and it just felt like eating cold, sweet water. I would rather just have a cup of black coffee and call it a day.
