Does taking biotin help with hair loss?

I've been experiencing a lot of hair fall lately, and it's making me quite worried. My sister suggested that I try biotin supplements. Does taking biotin actually help with hair loss and improve hair strength?

Honestly it worked for me but took like three months to show any real difference. Just make sure you consult a doctor first to check if you actually need it.

Haan na, hair fall can be so stressful. Biotin helps only if you have a deficiency, otherwise waste of money hai. Better to check with your doc first!

I was also super scared when my hair started thinning last year and started googling everything. I read that extra biotin can sometimes cause bad acne breakouts if you take too much. Please do a simple blood test first before starting any supplements just to be safe.

I went to a dermatologist at Manipal Hospital for my hair thinning. They clearly told me that biotin only works if you are actually deficient in it, otherwise it won't do much. Better to get a professional evaluation done.

I used to cry every time I combed my hair, so I completely understand what you are going through. Biotin helped me stop the extreme shedding after about two months, but please talk to a dermatologist to find the real root cause.

It can be really frustrating dealing with hair issues. Biotin does help many people, so hopefully it works well for you too. Keep patience and take care.

In our days we just used curry leaves and pure coconut oil for hair health. These modern biotin tablets are fine if a doctor prescribes them for deficiency, but nothing beats a good old head massage and a balanced diet.

Please don't stress yourself too much about the hair fall, as stress only makes it worse. Eat fresh foods, keep a calm mind, and let the biotin do its work slowly if your doctor recommended it. Take care of your inner peace first.

No need to buy those fancy online brands that cost thousands. Just ask your local chemist for basic biotin tablets which are very cheap, but do get a doctor's nod first so you know the right dosage.

My doctor told me to skip the biotin pills and just eat eggs and almonds instead. Honestly, eating two boiled eggs daily is way tastier than swallowing plastic-looking capsules every morning!

Instead of buying expensive biotin gummies directly, spend that money on a basic blood test first. If your biotin levels are already normal, these supplements will just pass out in your urine and your money will go waste.

I tried onion juice, amla, and every oil on earth before my doctor suggested biotin. Honestly, the supplements helped a bit but eating healthy green veggies and lowering my stress worked way better. Don't rely only on pills, fix the diet too.
