Does stem cell therapy work for hair loss?

My hair loss has become quite noticeable lately, and I'm really self-conscious about it. I saw an ad for stem cell therapy for hair regrowth. Does stem cell therapy actually work for hair loss, or is it just a hype?

While stem cell-based hair treatments are popular in clinics, they are mostly supportive therapies. They might stimulate weak follicles, but standard treatments like minoxidil or PRP are what dermatologists usually rely on more.

Haan na, hair fall is such a big headache nowadays! These new stem cell treatments sound very fancy but they are so costly. Normal oiling and eating curry leaves is better than spending so much without knowing if it works.

Hair loss can often be linked to internal health, like high blood sugar levels or thyroid. Before spending on advanced therapies like stem cells, get a full blood panel done and make sure your nutrition is on track.

Bro, don't stress too much about hair loss, half the guys our age are dealing with it! Stem cell therapies are super expensive and results can be hit-or-miss. Just see a good dermatologist and keep your routine simple.

I tried stem cell hair sessions last year. Honestly, I saw some minor improvement in density, but it wasn't a miracle cure and cost a lot. A proper diet and basic clinical lotions worked better for me in the long run.
