Does soursop work for weight loss?

I'm looking for natural ways to support my weight loss efforts. A friend recommended trying soursop, saying it really works. Does soursop actually work for weight loss, or are the effects minimal?

I ate soursop almost daily last summer thinking it would help me get shredded. Honestly, it did nothing for my weight until I actually cut down on my daily carb intake and started running. It's just a regular fruit, bro.

Soursop is loaded with vitamin C and essential fiber, which definitely helps with bowel movements and digestion. But there is no medical ingredient in it that directly targets fat cells. Just include it in a balanced, calorie-restricted diet.

Dekho yaar, seedhi si baat hai. Koi bhi ek phal khane se vajan kam nahi hota. Jab tak bahar ka khana band nahi karoge aur thoda pasina nahi bahaoge, kuch nahi badlega. Soursop khao par mehnat bhi karo.

I lost 10 kgs last year and tried several fruits, including soursop. The only reason it helps is that it's low in calories and stops you from reaching for junk food. Replace your evening biscuits with some fresh soursop and you will see a difference.

I used to panic about finding the perfect 'fat burner' food and bought expensive soursop pulp online. Eventually, I realized that simple portion control and regular walks are what actually work. Soursop is just a nice, healthy snack to have.
