I had elevated liver enzymes last year and realized my lifestyle habits, including smoking up, were contributing to it. I cut down completely, started drinking plenty of water, and ate a clean diet, which brought my levels back to normal. You have to actively care for your organs.

When you have diabetes, your liver is already under stress managing glucose. Adding any substance like weed can further complicate things. Please prioritize your metabolic health and consult a physician.

Haan yaar, asar toh padta hi hai na shareer pe. Liver ka kaam hai sab toxins saaf karna, toh agar aap regular smoke karoge toh uski thodi toh band bajegi hi. Take care and limit these things.

I am a bit hesitant to ask, but does even occasional usage cause permanent damage? I have been feeling quite weak lately and wanted to understand if there is a connection.

While weed is processed mostly by other pathways, heavy use, especially when mixed with tobacco or alcohol, is known to stress the liver. It's always best to get a routine liver profile test (LFT) to monitor your actual organ health.

Our physical body has incredible self-healing powers if we stop loading it with smoke and chemicals. Keep your mind calm, practice deep breathing, and nourish yourself with natural food. God bless.

I read so many conflicting things online and it makes me so anxious! What if we are slowly damaging our liver without even realizing it? Please go see a doctor, even if it is just to clear your mind and feel safe.

Instead of worrying and guessing, just book an LFT package online. It costs around 400 to 500 rupees nowadays, which is cheaper than buying stuff. That way you have clear medical proof of your health.

Dealing with thyroid has taught me how delicate our endocrine system and liver are. I highly recommend doing a blood test every six months and discussing the reports with a proper doctor to track your liver health.

Bro, honestly, my senior in college ended up in the hospital with jaundice and the doc told him to stop smoking weed immediately. It might not happen to everyone, but why take the risk with your liver?
