Does shampooing everyday cause hair loss?

Washing my hair every day is a habit I picked up, especially after my workout. Now, I'm hearing it might actually be causing hair fall. Does shampooing everyday really lead to hair loss?

I completely understand how terrifying it is to see hair in the drain every single day, I used to lose sleep over this. But honestly, daily washing itself doesn't cause hair loss, it only washes away the strands that were already loose. Try using a very mild, sulfate-free shampoo if you have to wash daily due to dust and sweat.

No, it doesn't cause hair fall directly, but it can make your hair dry if you use harsh chemicals daily.

I keep overthinking this too and keep checking my brush every time I wash my hair, it's so stressful! Actually, dermatologists say washing daily is fine if your scalp is very oily, but maybe try skipping a day and see if your scalp feels less dry? Let's not worry too much, sometimes our stress itself causes more hair fall than the shampoo.

Beta, everyday chemical washing is not very good for the hair. In our times we used to wash once or twice a week with natural things, but if you live in a dusty city, then wash with a very gentle baby shampoo. Don't worry so much, eat good food and your hair will be strong.

Our bodies are beautiful systems that respond to love and care, not stress. Instead of worrying about daily washes, focus on keeping your mind calm and your diet pure. Wash your hair gently with gratitude, and let nature take care of the rest.
