Does semaglutide make your hair fall out?

My doctor just started me on semaglutide for my diabetes and weight management. I'm already prone to hair fall, so I'm really worried if this medicine will make my hair fall out more. Does anyone else have this experience?

Weight loss jab sudden hota hai tab thoda hair fall hota hai, haan na. It is usually temporary telogen effluvium due to the diet change. Just consult your doctor once and they might give you some multivitamin capsules.

Look, if you eat very little, your hair roots won't get enough nutrition, simple as that. Don't stop your treatment in panic, but talk to your doctor about adding a good biotin or multi-vitamin.

Yes, rapid weight loss often causes temporary hair shedding. Keeping your protein intake high helps minimize this while on the medication.

Please monitor this closely because my hair fall became severe due to ignored vitamin deficiencies during treatment. It is highly recommended to see your doctor for a blood test to check your ferritin and B12 levels before it worsens.

Sudden weight kam hone se thode baal jhadte hain, ghabraiye mat. Aap khane-peene mein thoda dhyan dijiye, hari sabziyaan khaiye aur dahi lijiye. Par daktar sahab se ek baar baat zaroor kar lena sahi salah ke liye.
