Does reiki work for weight loss?
I've tried many things for weight loss, and now I'm exploring alternative therapies. Someone suggested reiki, claiming it can help with weight loss by balancing energy. Does reiki really work for shedding kilos?

Reiki can help calm your mind and reduce stress, which might prevent emotional eating. However, for actual physical weight loss, you must eat light home-cooked meals and stay active. If your weight gain is sudden, please see a doctor to check for thyroid or internal issues.
Actually yaar, Reiki is all about energy healing. It won't magically burn your calories while you sit on the couch. It might help you feel peaceful, but you still have to hit the gym and control your diet for real results.

I have seen many people spend fortunes on alternative therapies for weight loss. Reiki is wonderful for stress management, but there is no scientific proof that it alters your metabolism. Stick to a sustainable calorie deficit and daily physical activity.
