Does red light therapy help with hair loss?

I've been noticing significant hair loss lately, especially after washing my hair, and it's making me really anxious about my appearance. I saw some products and clinics offering red light therapy for hair growth. Does red light therapy actually help with hair loss and promote new hair growth?

I looked into red light helmets for my hair thinning, but honestly, fixing my daily protein intake and staying active made a bigger difference. If your nutrition is weak, no light therapy is going to help you build stronger roots.

I tried onion juice, amla packs, and even thought of buying a red light device for my hair fall. From my experience, keeping your scalp clean and managing stress works best. Don't waste money on fancy devices without trying basic care first.

I am experiencing quite a bit of hair thinning lately and feel very conscious about it. Has anyone here actually tried these red light therapy caps? Please let me know if they are safe or if they have any side effects.

I was losing so much hair post-COVID that I panicked and almost bought an expensive red light comb online. Luckily, I consulted a dermatologist first who reassured me it was temporary shedding. A simple iron supplement fixed it completely.

In our younger days, a good head massage with pure bhringraj or coconut oil twice a week was the standard for hair health. These new light therapies might be popular now, but one must be careful with artificial rays. Ask a good doctor first.
