Does protein powder help with weight loss?

Losing some stubborn weight has been my goal, and I'm exploring different ways to help myself. My trainer suggested trying protein powder along with my diet and exercise. Does protein powder actually aid in weight loss?

Maine toh weight loss ke liye kya kuch nahi kiya, warm water with honey, methi seeds, everything. At the end, simple ghar ka khana and portion control worked. Protein powder can help you stay full, but don't depend only on that, thoda warm ginger water daily also helps digestion.

Honestly, weight loss isn't just about protein shakes. I have thyroid and learned that you have to get your blood tests done first to see what's actually slow. Check with your doctor before starting any supplement because self-managing never works.

I am so tired daily that waking up to shake a bottle of protein feels like heavy workout itself. But jokes apart, it helps keep cravings away late at night when I am working. Just make sure you are sleeping well too, otherwise no powder can save our metabolism.

I can only tell you what worked for me. I started using whey protein once a day as a snack replacement and noticed I snacked less on biscuits. I am not an expert so I won't say it works for everyone, but it did make a difference in my daily calorie intake.

In our times, we got protein from sattu, dal, and fresh buttermilk. These modern powders might help, but please do not replace your proper meals with them. Drink a glass of warm milk with turmeric at night and eat simple meals, that is best for long term health.

It definitely helps you feel full for longer! I take it after my morning walks and it keeps me super active throughout the day. Just pair it with good food and you are good to go! 😊

Those good protein brands are actually very expensive and bite your pocket every month. It is better to first spend that money on basic thyroid and lipid profile tests to see if any medical issue is stopping your weight loss. Plan your budget wisely before buying costly supplements.
