Does pregnancy make you tired?

I feel absolutely exhausted all the time, even after sleeping for many hours. My mom says it's normal, but I wanted to ask if pregnancy truly makes you this tired.

Extreme fatigue is very common, but it can also be due to low hemoglobin or thyroid issues. Please get your regular blood tests done and show the reports to your doctor to ensure everything is safe.

Haan na, early pregnancy exhaustion is on another level altogether! I used to fall asleep by 8 PM daily, your body is working so hard. Don't worry, just rest as much as you can, ho na.

My wife was completely wiped out during her first trimester, she barely had energy to watch TV. It is totally normal because of all the hormonal changes. Just support her and let her take long naps.

Yes, absolutely! The fatigue in the first and third trimesters is extremely real and completely normal.

Your body is literally building a human being, of course you will feel exhausted. Stop trying to do it all, cut down your chore list, and sleep whenever you get a chance. It gets better in the second trimester.
