Does pregnancy help with pcos?

I've been struggling with PCOS for years, and it's been difficult. A friend recently told me that getting pregnant actually helped improve her PCOS symptoms. Is it true that pregnancy can help with PCOS?

Honestly, pregnancy isn't like a permanent cure for PCOS, though your periods might get regular for some time after having a baby. Every body behaves differently, so don't stress too much about finding a magic fix. Just focus on your health right now, everything else falls into place.

I was also reading about this online because I have irregular periods, but I am still very confused. Does pregnancy really make the cysts go away permanently, or do they just come back after a few months? If anyone has gone through this, please share your experience.

My sister had PCOS and her symptoms actually improved after delivery, but we also focused a lot on ghar ka khana and light yoga. You can try keeping a clean diet with less processed sugar, but definitely consult your doctor first before making any major lifestyle shifts or if you have severe pain.

Beta, pregnancy is a natural process that resets many things in a woman's body, but it is not a complete cure for PCOS. Focus on drinking warm methi water in the mornings and keeping your weight in check. Always listen to your doctor's medical advice over anything else.

Please don't delay getting a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a real doctor. My wife ignored her irregular cycle thinking it would resolve on its own, and it only made her PCOS worse later on. Get your scans done on time and follow what the specialist says instead of waiting for a natural fix.

I used to panic so much thinking my PCOS would make pregnancy impossible and that the symptoms would never get better. But my gynae explained that hormones change completely during those nine months and can temporarily balance things out. It is totally normal to worry, but things do settle down beautifully.
