Does plastic wrap help with weight loss?

Saw a video online of someone using plastic wrap around their belly for weight loss. Is this a real thing or just a myth? Does plastic wrap help with weight loss, kya?

No, it doesn't work at all! It only makes you sweat a lot, so you might lose some water weight temporarily, but as soon as you drink water, it comes right back. Better to focus on a good workout and a balanced diet for real fat loss!

It is a complete myth. Sweat is not fat loss, and wrapping yourself in plastic is actually quite unsafe. For sustainable weight loss, it is much better to check your hormone levels, do regular blood tests, and follow a doctor's advice.

I was actually thinking of trying those stomach wraps because I'm struggling so much to lose belly fat. Has anyone here actually tried it and felt dizzy or had skin rashes? It sounds a bit scary honestly.

No, plastic wraps do not burn fat. Real weight loss happens through a calorie deficit, eating a clean vegetarian diet rich in fiber and protein, and staying active. Do not fall for these artificial shortcuts.

I tried those sauna wraps last year thinking they would help me cut fat fast. Trust me, I ended up with severe skin irritation and dehydration, but zero actual fat loss. Don't waste your time, stick to a simple calorie deficit.

Arre nahi, haan sweat toh bohot aayega but fat loss bilkul nahi hoga usse. Woh toh sirf temporary water weight loss hai na. Direct workout karo, yeh plastic wrap ke chakkar me mat pado.
