Does peanut butter cause weight gain?

I've been trying to watch my weight, but I really enjoy having peanut butter as a snack. I've heard conflicting information about it. Does eating peanut butter contribute to weight gain, or is it okay in moderation?

Honestly, you have to be very careful with peanut butter. I overdid it thinking it was healthy and it really messed up my digestion and weight goals, so I had to see a doctor to get back on track. Better to consult a dietitian first if you have any existing health issues.

I used to read so many articles daily about this and got totally stressed. Don't worry too much, just keep it to one small teaspoon. It is high in calories so overthinking it is normal, but moderation is key here.

Does anyone else feel like even two spoons of peanut butter makes them bloat instantly? I love the taste but I get so anxious tracking the calories on my phone. Is it actually safe to eat daily without putting on weight?

Look, peanut butter won't make you fat on its own unless you are eating it straight out of the jar with a big spoon. I lost 8 kgs while eating it daily. Just weigh it on a scale, stay under 20-30 grams, and buy the sugar-free ones.

Actually yaar, it's all about portion control. If you eat the whole dabba while watching Netflix then weight gain toh hoga hi. Just have one spoon with apple slices, it keeps you full for a long time.
