Does pcos cause early menopause?

My mother went through early menopause, and I'm worried about my own future, especially since I have PCOS. Does having PCOS increase the risk or cause a woman to experience early menopause?

Hey, don't stress too much about this! Actually, women with PCOS often tend to reach menopause slightly later, not earlier, because we ovulate less frequently. So chill out and take it easy.

Good news! PCOS usually doesn't cause early menopause at all 🌸 In fact, some studies show the opposite! Just focus on taking care of your current lifestyle and stay happy!

My mother used to worry that my irregular periods meant my eggs would finish early, but my doctor cleared this doubt. She explained that PCOS does not cause early menopause. Trust your gynaecologist's advice on this.

I was checking some reproductive health data trackers and PCOS actually delays the depletion of ovarian reserve. So biologically, early menopause is highly unlikely with PCOS. Keep tracking your cycle details on an app.

Let me reassure you, there is no need to worry about early menopause just because you have PCOS. It is a myth. Keep focusing on a balanced routine and don't let these random internet fears get to you.

I have had PCOS for over fifteen years now, and my doctor told me my ovarian reserve is still very good. In my personal experience, it hasn't shown any signs of early menopause, so try not to worry.
