Does pantene make your hair fall out?

A few of my friends have recently stopped using Pantene, saying it made their hair fall out. My hair fall has increased lately too, and I'm quite concerned. Is there any truth to this claim that Pantene causes hair to fall out?

In our days, we used simple shikakai and our hair stayed strong for decades. These modern shampoos like Pantene have too many chemicals that can weaken the roots if used daily. Don't worry too much, just switch to a natural cleanser and don't wash your hair too frequently.

Look, if a shampoo is causing immediate hair fall, it means the chemicals are too harsh for your specific scalp. Stop using it right away. Buy a simple, mild baby shampoo or a basic ayurvedic one from the pharmacy instead of falling for TV ads.

It is highly unlikely that a shampoo alone is making your hair fall out from the roots. Hair loss is usually internal—check your daily protein intake, manage your stress levels, and get enough sleep. Changing your shampoo might help with surface breakage, but diet is key.

Beta, these bottled chemical soaps only dry out the scalp and make the hair weak. If you are experiencing hair fall, stop using these strong shampoos and try washing with amla and reetha water once a week. It will keep your roots healthy and clean naturally.

While chemical shampoos can cause external damage, check if you are missing vital nutrients in your vegetarian diet. Ensure you are eating enough walnuts, flaxseeds, and green vegetables for hair strength. If the fallout is severe, consulting a trichologist is the best step.

Actually yaar, Pantene has heavy silicones which can build up on your scalp if you don't wash it properly, leading to breakage. I faced the same issue and switched to a silicone-free shampoo. Ab kafi normal ho gaya hai, so you can try that too.
