Does osteo bi flex cause weight gain?

I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex supplements for my joint health, hoping to reduce some stiffness. I'm also watching my weight carefully. Does Osteo Bi-Flex cause weight gain, or is it generally weight-neutral?

Osteo Bi-Flex is just a joint supplement containing glucosamine and chondroitin. There is no direct link between these ingredients and weight gain. If you are experiencing weight gain, it might be due to reduced physical activity because of your joint pain.

In my practice, I have seen many people taking joint supplements. It does not cause weight gain. However, some people experience mild bloating or water retention initially, which goes away with regular light yoga and walking.

Bro, don't stress too much about it! It's just a vitamin and joint support supplement, not a steroid. It won't make you put on weight. Just keep moving and stay hydrated.

Don't worry, it doesn't have any calories or hormones that would cause you to gain weight. Sometimes, joint pain makes us sit in one place more, which can cause a bit of weight gain. Focus on healing your knees first, okay?

Chemically speaking, glucosamine has no properties that lead to fat accumulation. But everyone's metabolic rate is different. If you notice any sudden changes after starting it, it is always best to consult your orthopedician.
