Does oats help in weight gain?

I'm trying to put on some healthy weight and muscle mass. My fitness trainer suggested including oats in my diet for good carbs. Does eating oats regularly actually help in gaining weight in a healthy way?

Yes, you can cook oats with full-cream milk, bananas, and a handful of dry fruits to gain weight naturally. However, if you are losing weight rapidly without any reason, please consult a doctor to rule out any underlying health issues.

Yes, if cooked with milk, nuts, and banana, oats are excellent for healthy weight gain.

I used to feel so weak and self-conscious about being underweight, and people's comments made it worse. Eating oats cooked with whole milk, peanut butter, and dates daily really helped me build muscle and feel strong again. You've got this, don't lose heart.

If you have hormonal imbalances like PCOS, gaining weight from oats can sometimes happen if they spike your blood sugar. I'd suggest monitoring how your body reacts and focusing on adding healthy proteins and fats rather than just high carbs.

I totally get it, trying to gain healthy weight can be just as frustrating and hard as trying to lose it. Oats are great because they let you pack in extra calories easily through healthy toppings like almonds, honey, and seeds without making you feel uncomfortably full.
