Does noom work for weight loss?

I've been struggling to lose weight for a while now, especially after my second child. I keep seeing ads for Noom and how it helps with behavioral changes for weight loss. I am thinking of trying it, but I wanted to know if it actually works for people in India.

I looked into Noom, but since I have a thyroid condition, my weight loss is highly dependent on my hormone levels. No app can replace a proper medical consultation and regular thyroid panel tests. If you have any underlying issues, please consult your doctor first before starting any new diet plan.

I completely understand how overwhelming it feels to find the right weight loss program when you are stressed about your health. Noom is good because it focuses on your relationship with food rather than just crash dieting. It helped calm my anxiety about calorie counting, so it might be worth a try.

For my PCOS, Noom's psychological approach to eating was quite helpful, but it is not a magic solution. Every body is different, and hormonal weight is very stubborn to lose. Be gentle with yourself and use it as a basic tool rather than expecting overnight results.

I can only share what happened in my case. I used Noom for three months and managed to lose about 5 kgs because it made me conscious of my portion sizes. It worked for me as a daily tracking habit, but everyone's physical response to diets can be quite different.

I have been watching a lot of reviews about Noom because I want to shed a few kilos. It seems like it focuses on behavioral therapy and categorizes food by colors. It sounds interesting, but the subscription price is a bit high for Indian users, so I am still deciding.
