Does nobs toothpaste reverse cavities?

My dentist told me I have a small cavity in one of my molars. I saw an ad for 'Nobs' toothpaste recently which claimed it can help with reversing early cavities. I am wondering if this is true or just a marketing gimmick? I want to avoid a filling if possible.

Haan na, I also heard so much about these nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes lately. But honestly, if the cavity has already formed a proper hole, it cannot be reversed at home. It only helps in remineralizing very early stages, ho na. Better to show a dentist once before spending so much.

I researched this recently because of some tooth sensitivity. While NoBS and similar toothpastes can help strengthen enamel and prevent early decay, they cannot magically fill a physical cavity. Only a qualified dentist can treat a proper cavity with fillings. Please get a professional checkup done first.

I was actually just looking at this toothpaste online yesterday because my teeth are very sensitive. Is it really safe to use daily instead of our regular toothpaste? I am a bit scared to try new things without knowing if it actually works or causes more issues.

Bro, dont fall for all these online ads blindly. I used it for two months hoping my back tooth cavity would go away, but the pain just got worse. Finally had to go to the clinic and get a proper filling. It is good for fresh breath and cleaning, but not for curing actual decay.

I track my oral hygiene routine on my wellness app and tried switching to non-fluoride options last year. From what I tracked, early demineralization can improve with these tablets, but deep cavities need clinical intervention. If you are serious about tracking your dental health, definitely get an X-ray done at the clinic.

No toothpaste can undo structural damage if you have deep cavities. Along with your brushing routine, make sure you are cutting down on sugary protein bars and post-workout energy drinks. Good dental health is highly connected to your overall nutrition and hydration levels too.
