Does nobs toothpaste fix cavities?

My dentist told me I have a few small cavities, and I'm always looking for natural remedies. I saw an advertisement for 'Nobs toothpaste' claiming it can fix cavities. Can Nobs toothpaste actually fix existing cavities?

When I went to my dentist at Apollo, they told me that once a proper physical cavity forms in the tooth, no toothpaste can 'fix' or reverse it. You need a proper filling. Please consult a dentist clearly for an X-ray.

Stay positive and take good care of your body, it is a temple. While natural care and good habits keep us healthy, a physical cavity is a sign that the tooth needs expert healing. Do visit a kind dentist soon.

These imported toothpastes are quite expensive. Honestly, paying 300 rupees for a dental checkup and getting a simple local filling is much cheaper and more permanent than buying costly tubes hoping they will fix a deep cavity.

If a toothpaste could magically fill up a hole in my tooth, dentists would be out of jobs! It might help remineralize early weak spots, but for an actual cavity, you still have to face the dreaded dentist drill, sorry!

I was researching NoBS tablets too! They have nano-hydroxyapatite which helps rebuild enamel on early pre-cavities. But from what I read, if there is a real black hole in your tooth, only a dentist can plug it.
