Does marine collagen help with hair loss?

My hair has been thinning a lot over the last year, and I'm really looking for something to help. I read about marine collagen being good for skin and hair. Can taking marine collagen supplements actually help reduce hair loss?

I have been using marine collagen powder in my morning smoothies for three months and my hair feels super soft! It definitely helps with shine and texture. Give it a try, it's really good!

Oh my god, I am also losing so much hair and I spend hours researching remedies. I read that marine collagen helps build hair proteins, but then some people say it causes acne breakouts. It is so stressful trying to choose, but I hope it works for you!

While marine collagen provides essential amino acids that the body uses to build keratin, scientific evidence specifically linking it to stopping genetic hair loss is limited. It's best to consult a dermatologist to find the root cause of your hair fall.

I track my protein intake daily and started adding marine collagen to hit my macro goals. My hair and skin recovery has improved, but you must also track your vitamins like biotin and iron. Consistency is key!

Actually, marine collagen is quite expensive, yaar, and the taste can be a bit fishy. I tried it for a month but didn't see any major difference in my hair fall. Normal eggs and dal are much cheaper and better.
