Does low-level laser therapy work for hair loss?

I'm experiencing quite a bit of hair thinning and looking for effective solutions to tackle it. I saw an advertisement for low-level laser therapy as a treatment option. Does this therapy actually work to stop hair loss or regrow hair?

I have seen many people in our society try LLLT helmets and combs. It works decently for early-stage thinning by improving local blood circulation, but don't expect miracles if the hair loss is very advanced. It requires a lot of patience and consistency for at least 4 to 6 months to see any real change.

Honestly, I spent so much on these fancy laser sessions but my hair only improved when I stopped skipping meals and added proper protein to my diet! Those lasers might stimulate follicles, but if you're not feeding your body good food, what will the hair even grow from? Have some eggs and walnuts first, guys!

Let's be real, LLLT is a supportive treatment, not a cure for genetic baldness. If you have mild thinning, it will definitely help maintain your current density. But go to a proper clinic in the city rather than buying cheap local devices online, otherwise you're just wasting your money.

Yes, it actually helps to some extent if you catch the hair loss early. But you have to be regular with the sessions.

My 19-year-old daughter was losing hair rapidly due to stress and hormonal issues, and her dermatologist suggested LLLT alongside some serums. It did help reduce the daily hair fall after a few months, but it was a combined effort of diet, scalp serums, and the laser. Don't rely on the laser therapy alone.

At my age, half my hair is already gone, and the rest is planning its exit. I tried one of those laser caps my son bought, but it just made me look like a character from a cheap sci-fi movie. It might help slow down the fall slightly, but my bald spot is still shining bright!
