Does liver damage cause tiredness?

I've been feeling unusually tired for the past few months, even after a full night's sleep. My brother-in-law mentioned that liver problems can sometimes cause extreme fatigue. Is there a connection between liver damage and this kind of tiredness?

Haan na, extreme tiredness is very common in liver issues. The body cannot process nutrients properly, so we feel completely drained out. Please get your liver checked by a doctor, ho na, don't ignore it.

I completely understand how scary it feels when you are constantly exhausted and start fearing the worst. I used to feel tired all day and panicked about liver failure. It's a very valid worry, but getting a simple LFT done at a clinic will give you clear answers and peace of mind.

Yes, chronic fatigue is the number one symptom of fatty liver or liver damage because the organ is struggling to clear toxins. When I was diagnosed, I was sleeping 9 hours and still waking up tired. Cutting down on sugar, eating green veggies, and taking prescribed liver support completely changed my energy levels.

I have been feeling so sluggish and weak lately, even after sleeping well. I read that liver issues can cause this kind of fatigue and now I'm really worried. Has anyone else experienced this before getting diagnosed?

When the liver is weak, the whole body feels heavy and tired. You can drink warm water with a little amla juice in the morning to support digestion. But for severe exhaustion, please visit a proper family doctor and get your blood tested.

I can only share what happened to me. I was feeling constantly fatigued for months, and during my annual health checkup, my doctor found my liver enzymes were highly elevated. Once we addressed that, my energy came back.
