Does lithium orotate cause weight gain?

I'm considering taking lithium orotate as a supplement for certain health benefits. However, I'm very careful about anything that could lead to weight gain. Does lithium orotate cause weight gain?

Stay peaceful and do not worry about small changes in the body. Lithium orotate is taken in very low doses compared to prescription lithium, so it rarely affects your weight. Just focus on clean eating and keeping your heart calm.

Haan na, actually even I was scared about this before starting. But since the dosage of lithium orotate is very small, it doesn't really cause weight gain like the heavy prescription tablets. I didn't see any difference on the scale.

I totally get it, worrying about weight gain when you are already dealing with mood issues is so exhausting. But rest assured, lithium orotate is very low-dose, so it's highly unlikely to cause any noticeable weight changes. Hang in there!

My fitness tracker showed absolutely no change in my resting metabolic rate or weight trend during the three months I tried low-dose lithium orotate. As long as you track your daily steps and calorie intake, you won't have any issues.

Don't stress yourself out. Lithium orotate is a low-dose supplement, so it doesn't cause the heavy weight gain issues that prescription lithium carbonate does. Just keep a balanced lifestyle and you will be absolutely fine.
