Does lipton green tea helps in weight loss?

My friend has started drinking Lipton green tea every day and says it's helping her lose weight. I'm also trying to reduce my weight. Does Lipton green tea actually help with weight loss?

I used to drink four cups of green tea daily and cry when the scale didn't budge. I know how heartbreaking it is when you try everything. Green tea only helps slightly with metabolism, but it won't do all the work alone.

I am just starting my fitness journey and bought a pack of Lipton green tea yesterday. Do I have to drink it on an empty stomach for it to work, or can I have it after breakfast? I am a bit confused about the best time.

Bro, don't stress too much about green tea! It's good for a quick detox and keeps you fresh, but it won't magically melt your tummy fat. Just cut down on the late-night swiggy orders and you'll see better results!

Green tea gives a tiny boost to your metabolic rate, but that's about it. If your health permits, pair it with a brisk 45-minute walk daily. That physical movement is what actually burns the calories, not the tea alone.

I recently lost 5 kgs after a long struggle. Honestly, I drank green tea daily, but the real change happened when I strictly controlled my portion sizes and stopped snacking. The tea is just a good habit to replace milk tea.

At 50, my doctor told me to lose weight, so I bought Lipton green tea. It tastes like warm grass, but I drink it hoping for a miracle. It helps keep digestion okay, but sadly, my belly is still very much there!
