Does lean patch really work for weight loss?

I saw an advertisement for 'Lean Patch' claiming it helps with weight loss without much effort. It sounds too good to be true, honestly. Has anyone tried it, and does it really work, or is it just a gimmick?

Honestly, those slimming patches rarely show any real results. It is much better to stick to a good old walking routine and healthy meals for actual weight loss!

No, they don't work at all. It is just a marketing gimmick, so don't waste your money on them.

Listen to me, don't stress too much about finding quick fixes like these patches. They are honestly useless; just focus on eating slightly smaller portions of your favourite food and you will be fine.

These expensive patches are a complete waste of hard-earned money. Instead of buying online gimmicks, just cut down on sugar, walk for 45 minutes daily, and you will see actual weight loss without spending a rupee.
