Does just for men cause hair loss?

I've noticed my hair thinning a bit, and I've been using 'Just for Men' hair dye for years. Could this product be contributing to hair loss, or is it just a coincidence?

I developed severe contact dermatitis and major hair thinning after using a strong dye. Please be very careful and do not ignore any burning or itching on your scalp. It is best to consult a proper dermatologist before applying any chemical dyes.

I have been planning to dye my sideburns with this, but I'm really terrified of losing my hair. Has anyone here actually faced sudden hair fall right after using Just For Men? Please share if it ruined your hair texture.

Yes, some strong chemicals in dyes can weaken hair roots if you already have thin hair. Be careful.

Haan yaar, chemical hair dyes can make your hair very dry, which leads to breakage. If you already have genetic hair fall, these products can speed it up, haina? Better to use natural options.

Don't panic, hair dyes usually cause temporary damage to the hair shaft rather than permanent loss from the roots. Just make sure you do a patch test 48 hours before applying it. If your scalp feels healthy, a little touch-up is generally fine.

Bhai, our elders always used simple mehndi or amla powder to color their hair, and their hair stayed strong till old age. These fast English dyes have hot chemicals that might not suit everyone. Try to go natural if you can.

Just make sure you deeply condition your hair after dyeing! Chemicals can dry out your strands, but with a good routine, you can keep your hair looking great and healthy.

If you feel your hair has become weak after using dyes, start applying fresh curry leaves paste mixed with coconut oil once a week. I have tried this for my family, and it really helps strengthen the roots. Reduce chemical dye usage to once in a few months.

My trichologist explained that chemical dyes containing PPD or ammonia can cause allergic contact dermatitis, which can lead to temporary hair shedding. However, they do not cause male pattern baldness, which is hormonal. Always check the ingredient list carefully.
