I tried warm honey-lemon water, methi seeds, and what not before trying intermittent fasting. Honestly, fasting worked best for me because it stopped my late-night snacking habit. Just start slow with 12 hours first and see how your body reacts.

I am reading so much about this 16:8 fasting method on Reddit and YouTube. It sounds simple, but I wonder if we can drink black coffee during the fasting window? Let me know if anyone has actually lost weight without losing muscle.

In our town, we always used to eat early dinner by 7 PM and then nothing till morning. Now people call it intermittent fasting! It is very good for health and digestion, but please don't starve yourself too much, beta.

Since I have thyroid issues, weight loss is very slow for me. Fasting helped me a bit, but you must get your TSH levels checked regularly. Diet changes alone won't work if your thyroid hormones are not balanced, so keep in touch with your doctor.

Actually, it works like magic if you stay in a calorie deficit, yaar. But if you starve for 16 hours and then eat three plates of biryani, nothing will change. It is all about self-control during the eating window.

Hey, don't stress too much about losing weight quickly. Intermittent fasting is great and super popular, but if it makes you feel dizzy or cranky, it's totally fine to stick to simple, regular home meals. Your peace of mind is most important!

It definitely works. I use an app to track my fasting hours and log my daily calorie intake. Tracking makes you realize how many mindless calories you consume. Try standard 16:8, it's very manageable with a busy corporate lifestyle.

My doctor suggested intermittent fasting but my stomach starts growling like a tiger by 10 PM! It definitely works for weight loss, but only if you have the mental strength to ignore the refrigerator calling your name at midnight.
