Does increas or decrease in tesosterone cause hair loss?

I've noticed my hair thinning quite a bit recently, and I'm a bit concerned about my hormone levels. My doctor mentioned testosterone. Does an increase or decrease in testosterone typically lead to hair loss?

Hormones get disrupted when we are under deep stress. In my experience, practicing daily headstand or Sarvangasana helps blood circulation to the scalp, balancing these hormonal shifts naturally. Keep your mind calm.

Don't worry, this is a very common hormonal issue. High testosterone converted into DHT is usually the main culprit behind male and female pattern baldness. Let's look at getting a simple blood test done to see where your levels are.

Haan na, hormones unbalanced hote hain toh hair fall start ho jata hai. Actually, high testosterone converts to DHT which causes pattern baldness. Ek baar doctor ko dikha lo, clear ho jayega.

Hormonal imbalances can sometimes be a sign of underlying issues like adrenal problems or PCOS in women. Please get a complete hormone panel test done under a doctor's supervision instead of trying to self-diagnose your hair fall.

Ah, the classic testosterone trap! High levels make your muscles grow but decide to abandon your scalp. It's basically DHT playing villain in your hair's love story. Don't worry, there are plenty of ways to block it now!

Don't go buying expensive shampoos or random oils from internet ads claiming to block testosterone. Half of them are useless. Go to a qualified endocrinologist or dermatologist and get your hormone levels checked scientifically.

I know how heartbreaking it is to see chunks of hair in the drain and feel like you are losing control of your body. Hormonal hair loss is emotionally draining, but please know that once you balance your levels, the shedding does slow down.

Hey, don't stress too much about this hair fall! It's actually high levels of DHT, which comes from testosterone, that shrinks hair follicles. Stressing will only make the hair fall worse, so take it easy.

Hormones and insulin resistance are very closely linked, which I realized during my diabetes management. High insulin can sometimes trigger higher testosterone activity, leading to hair loss. Focus on a low-glycemic diet to help keep your hormones balanced.

To be precise, it's the increase in dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a byproduct of testosterone, that binds to scalp receptors and causes hair thinning. Low testosterone itself doesn't directly cause baldness, but general hormonal imbalance does. A dermatologist can prescribe specific blockers if needed.

In our family, we always massaged the scalp with warm amla and bhringraj oil to keep the hair roots strong when hormones act up. But yes, if the body's internal heat or hormones are unbalanced, you must also eat clean and simple foods.
