Does hydrogen water help kidney function?

Seeing a lot of buzz about 'hydrogen water' lately and its various health benefits. My uncle has some kidney issues, and always looking for ways to support overall organ health. Is there any evidence that hydrogen water can actually help with kidney function?

There is no strong clinical evidence supporting this. My nephrologist explicitly told me that normal, clean drinking water is the best thing for kidney filtration. Don't waste money on expensive hydrogen water machines, just focus on keeping your daily water intake optimal.

Nature has provided us with pure water which is more than enough to cleanse our system. Instead of relying on processed hydrogen water, try drinking clean copper-pot water in the morning and practicing Kapalbhati gently. It naturally helps detoxify the body and supports your internal organs.

Honestly, standard hydration and an active lifestyle do way more for your kidneys than any trendy water. If your doctor allows, aim for a 45-minute daily brisk walk to keep your blood pressure in check, which directly protects kidney health. Don't fall for these marketing gimmicks.

I totally get it, when we are worried about our health or our family's health, we want to try the absolute best options out there. But please don't feel pressured to buy these expensive hydrogen water systems. Standard clean water and a balanced, low-sodium diet are the real keys to keeping your kidneys happy.

Dealing with PCOS makes me extra cautious about trying new wellness trends without proper backing. I would highly suggest consulting a kidney specialist before replacing your regular drinking water with hydrogen water. It is always better to be safe and stick to proven medical advice.

I was also looking into this because these new health gadgets are all over social media. But from what I read, the scientific studies are very small and inconclusive. It seems like regular RO water is perfectly fine and safe for daily hydration.
