Does her bodhi work for weight loss?

My friend recently started using 'Her Bodhi' products for weight loss, and she's quite excited. I'm a bit doubtful about such quick fixes. I want to know if 'Her Bodhi' truly works for losing weight, or if it's just another fad?

It doesn't work on its own. Only a proper diet and daily physical activity will help you lose weight.

I used to buy random online powders instead of addressing my actual metabolic issues, which only delayed my proper treatment. Please get a full blood panel and consult a real doctor before trying these supplements.

I tried it for a month out of curiosity. It basically just acts as a mild laxative and helps with digestion, but you won't lose actual fat unless you fix your calorie intake. Skip the hype.

In our family, we believe in natural herbs, but my doctor advised me that there is no scientific proof these products help with weight loss. It is safer to focus on portion control.

I totally get it, losing weight is so frustrating and we just want something that works fast. But these products usually just help with water weight and bloating. Be gentle with yourself and try sustainable habits.

My teenage daughter was looking at this online. I told her that home-cooked meals and playing outdoors are much safer and more effective than taking any processed supplement.

With my thyroid issue, I know how tempting it is to try herbal solutions for weight loss. But honestly, unless your hormone levels are balanced by a doctor, these products won't show any real results.
