Does hairspray make your hair fall out?

All my friends use hairspray for parties and functions, but my aunt keeps saying it's really bad for your hair and makes it fall out. Is she right, or is it okay for us to use hairspray sometimes?

I know how heartbreaking it is to look at your hair falling in the sink after styling it for a special day. It makes you feel so self-conscious and down. Just know that hairspray only causes mild surface breakage, it won't damage your roots permanently.

There is no need to panic about hairspray. Just don't spray it directly onto your scalp, and make sure you rinse your hair with water before combing out the stiffness. It is a very simple and practical way to avoid breakage.

Our hair is a reflection of our inner vital energy. Using heavy chemical styling products can sometimes disrupt this natural harmony. Try to stay positive, minimize these artificial sprays, and let your natural beauty shine through gentle care.

Before you plan expensive laboratory tests or buy costly hair serums to stop the shedding, try cutting out the styling spray for two weeks. It costs absolutely nothing to do this simple test at home, and you might see the hair fall stop on its own.

If you feel your hair has become dry after using sprays, try applying a little curd or aloe vera gel to nourish the scalp. However, if your hair is falling out in large clumps, please don't rely on home tips and see a dermatologist immediately.

It is completely fine to use it occasionally for special events. Just be gentle when you wash your hair afterwards and try not to pull at the knots. Your hair will be absolutely safe.

I was actually researching this online because I style my hair frequently. The chemicals in hairsprays can build up and clog hair follicles if you don't shampoo properly, which might cause some shedding. But it doesn't cause medical-grade baldness.
