Does hair loss from stress regrow?

After a very difficult personal time, I started experiencing noticeable hair loss, which my doctor said could be stress-related. I'm wondering if this kind of hair loss naturally regrows over time, or if I need to do something specific to help it.

Beta, the mind and body are connected. Once the mental burden goes away, the hair will naturally start growing back. You can gently apply a little warm coconut oil to soothe your mind and scalp, but patience is the real key.

Yes, the hair roots are only resting and will regrow. Practicing daily pranayama and meditation helps calm the nervous system, which directly supports natural hair rejuvenation.

In my experience, my hair thinned out drastically during a very stressful personal phase. But about four months after things got better, I saw tiny new hairs growing back all over my scalp. It just takes time.

I thought my hair loss was just from work stress and would regrow on its own, but it turned out to be an autoimmune issue. If your hair is falling in patches or doesn't start regrowing after a few months, please see a dermatologist.
