Does hair loss from stress grow back?

Last year, I had a very demanding project at work which caused a lot of stress, and I saw a lot of hair fall during that time. I'm trying to manage my stress better now. Will the hair I lost due to stress eventually grow back?

Yes, it absolutely grows back. I lost a lot of hair during a major career change, but once my routine settled, the hair returned. My tip is to focus on a high-protein diet and scalp cleanliness while you wait for it to recover.

I was actually reading about this yesterday on a medical blog. It said that stress-induced shedding is usually temporary because the follicles aren't permanently damaged. It just takes a few months to reset.

It definitely grows back once your cortisol levels drop. Working out daily and eating clean really helped me manage my stress, and my hair density came back to normal within six months.

I lost so much hair during my wedding planning stress! But don't worry, once the stress was gone, I noticed lots of baby hairs popping up. Just be patient and don't stress about the hair fall itself.

Yes, it's called telogen effluvium and it's completely reversible. Manage your lifestyle, cut out the work stress, and you will see your hair back in a few months. Simple as that.

Yes, it grows back naturally once you get regular sleep and peace of mind. No need to buy expensive salon treatments, just focus on simple home food, curd, and keeping your mind calm.
