Does green tea really help with weight loss?

Everyone around me is drinking green tea for weight loss, but I'm a bit skeptical about these trends. Does green tea *really* help with weight loss, or is it mostly hype?

Before starting any weight loss journey or consuming high amounts of green tea, please get your blood checked first. Weight issues can sometimes be due to metabolic disorders or thyroid imbalances. It's always safer to check with a doctor first.

I once ignored my rapid weight gain and just kept drinking green tea thinking it was normal lifestyle bloat. It turned out to be a metabolic condition that required proper treatment. Please don't rely on home remedies; get a regular clinical checkup done.

I am thinking of starting green tea but I don't know which brand is good. Is it very bitter to taste? Also, do we have to add honey to it, or is it better to drink it completely plain?

If green tea really melted fat, we'd all be looking like Bollywood stars by now! It is basically warm water with a green leaf in it. Don't stress, just enjoy the warm cup and try to skip the biscuits with it!

Since I have high blood pressure, my doctor told me to limit green tea because of its caffeine. Real weight management requires medical checkups, low-sodium food, and a healthy lifestyle, not relying on quick tea trends.
