Does goli ashwagandha work for weight loss?

I keep seeing ads for Goli Ashwagandha gummies and they claim to help with weight loss. Does ashwagandha actually have properties that support losing weight?

Ashwagandha mostly helps to calm down your stress levels, which can sometimes stop emotional overeating. It is a slow and gentle process, so please don't stress yourself about immediate weight loss. Just focus on feeling good inside.

With my PCOS, I tried Ashwagandha gummies to manage my high cortisol levels. While it did help with my sleep quality, it didn't directly reduce my weight on its own. For us, managing insulin is more key, so don't rely only on gummies without proper diet changes.

Well, they taste so good that the biggest struggle is not eating the whole bottle like candy! But jokes apart, they aren't some magic fat burners. They just make you less stressed about your weight, but you still have to put down the parathas!

I started taking these gummies last month because my stress weight was going up. I feel a bit more relaxed, but my weight is still the same, which makes me worry. Has anyone else felt that it takes a really long time to show any results on the scale?

Hamare yahan toh asli ashwagandha ki jadd milti hai, par yeh gummies sheheron mein chal rahi hain. It helps to keep the mind peaceful and gives good energy to work. But sweet tablets won't reduce weight unless we do hard work in the fields or walk daily.

Reducing stress is good for high blood pressure, and ashwagandha can support that. However, for actual weight loss and BP control, you must focus on low-salt food and doctor-guided exercise. Get your pressure checked regularly instead of trusting just supplements.
