Does gemtesa cause hair loss?

My doctor recently prescribed Gemtesa for my overactive bladder, and I've just started on it. I'm already experiencing some hair thinning due to age. Does Gemtesa cause hair loss, I'm a bit concerned.

I totally understand how scary it is to start a new medicine and worry about losing hair, it used to give me so much anxiety. While hair loss isn't listed as a common side effect for Gemtesa, everyone's body reacts differently. Please share this worry with your doctor to ease your mind.

When managing multiple health issues like high BP and bladder problems, we have to monitor all symptoms closely. I have not seen hair loss linked to Gemtesa, but regular follow-ups with your physician will help clear any doubts.

I am not sure about Gemtesa specifically causing hair loss, but general stress and lifestyle changes can definitely trigger it. If your doctor allows, try doing light exercises or regular walks to keep your circulation and stress levels in check.

Dealing with bladder issues and hair worries is a lot to handle, especially if you already have hormonal struggles. I haven't heard of Gemtesa directly causing hair loss, but it's always best to be cautious. Keep a close eye on it and discuss it with your gynecologist or urologist.

Honestly, with my lack of sleep and daily stress, my hair is falling out anyway! I don't think Gemtesa is known for causing hair loss, but if you start losing patches of hair, definitely run to your doctor instead of asking sleepless people like me.

If you are taking Gemtesa, hair loss shouldn't normally be an issue. Sometimes nutritional deficiencies or lack of protein can cause hair shedding instead. Make sure you are keeping your diet clean and hitting your basic nutrition goals.

My uncle was prescribed Gemtesa for his overactive bladder last year. He didn't face any hair loss issues at all, just some dry mouth in the beginning. It worked well for him, so don't worry too much before starting it.

I know how much we girls value our hair, so any new pill makes us super nervous. Gemtesa usually doesn't have hair loss as a main side effect, but if you feel you are shedding more, just consult your doctor once. They might suggest some vitamins.

Beta, modern medicines are strong, but do not stop them without asking your doctor. If you are worried about your hair, you can gently massage your scalp with pure coconut oil at home. But always follow the doctor's prescription for your bladder issues.

Sometimes, the worry of starting a new chemical medicine causes more stress and hair fall than the medicine itself. Along with your prescribed medication, practicing gentle pranayama can help calm your nervous system. Listen to your body and trust your doctor.
