Does fruit help weight loss?

I've started a new diet plan to shed some extra kilos, and I'm trying to include more natural foods. Fruits are generally considered healthy, but do they actually contribute to weight loss, or are they just a healthier alternative to junk food?

Fruits can help because of their fiber, but as a diabetic, I have to be very careful. Papaya and apple are fine, but high-glycemic fruits like mangoes and chikoo can spike blood sugar and hamper weight loss. Consult a dietician.

Eating fruit alone won't magically burn fat despite what lifestyle gurus claim online. Weight loss requires a consistent caloric deficit. Fruits are just a healthier, low-calorie replacement for processed snacks.

Replacing my evening chips with an apple or banana really helped me cut down on junk. They are sweet, filling, and super easy to carry to college. So yes, they definitely help with weight loss!

Haan bilkul help karte hain, fruits me fiber hota hai jo pet ko bhara rakhta hai. Bas unhe khali pet subah khao ya sham ko snack ki tarah, aur pack wale juice se door raho, samjhe na?

Yeah, eating watermelon and papaya helped me a lot during my cutting phase. They have a lot of water content, so you feel full without consuming too many calories. Just don't drink fruit juices.
