Does excessive ejaculation cause hair loss?

I've been reading some stuff online that suggests excessive ejaculation can lead to hair loss. I'm a bit worried about this. Is there any truth to the claim that too much ejaculation causes hair fall?

Honestly, if this was true, half the young guys in our country would be completely bald by now! It is just an old myth. Sleep deprivation and bad eating habits are way more likely to cause hair fall than this.

I actually panicked about this a few years ago because of some random internet forums and got so stressed. But when I spoke to a dermatologist, he assured me there is absolutely no scientific connection. Stressing about it actually causes more hair fall, so relax!

No, it doesn't cause hair loss. Your hair fall is most likely due to genetics (male pattern baldness), high stress, or lack of proper nutrition like biotin and iron. Focus on a good hair care routine and consult a proper skin specialist.

I totally get it, seeing hair on your pillow or in the shower can make you overthink every little habit of yours. It is easy to feel anxious, but please rest assured that this is just a very common myth. Take a deep breath, you are absolutely fine.

Don't waste your time reading these myths online. Hair loss is primarily driven by DHT hormones, genetics, and scalp health. Book a consultation with a dermatologist to get a proper scalp analysis done instead of worrying about this.

There is no scientific link between the two. My doctor explained that while semen contains proteins and minerals, the amount lost is too minuscule to affect hair health. Hair loss is usually linked to genetics or internal deficiencies.
