Does equelle cause weight gain?

I started taking Equelle recently to help with my menopause symptoms. I'm generally careful about my weight. Does Equelle cause weight gain as a side effect?

Look, during menopause, hormonal shifts naturally slow down your metabolism anyway, so don't blame the supplement entirely. Equelle is just plant estrogen. Keep a watch on your daily sugar and walking habit, and you will manage just fine.

I am so tired that everything I eat feels like it turns into weight gain instantly, with or without supplements. Since Equelle mimics estrogen, it can cause a bit of water retention for some. Don't stress, just drink water and sleep if you can.

Hormonal supplements can sometimes alter fluid balance, making you feel a bit heavier initially. To counter any potential weight changes, focus on lifting light weights twice a week and keeping your protein intake consistent. It keeps your metabolism active.

Actually, it varies so much from person to person, yaar. Some women feel bloated on Equelle, while others don't notice any change at all. Just track your diet for a couple of weeks to see if it is just fluid retention.

Before you change your supplements or buy expensive weight-loss products, get a basic hormone panel and thyroid test done. Local diagnostic labs have cheap packages for women over 40. Knowing the actual cause will save you a lot of money.

I was on Equelle for six months for my hot flashes. I did feel a slight puffiness in the first month, but once my body adjusted, my weight went back to normal. Just give it some time and keep moving daily.
