Yes, adding sprouted chana and paneer to your daily diet keeps you full and reduces junk cravings. It’s a very practical way to manage weight naturally at home.

No need for expensive protein shakes. Just double your daily portion of dal, sattu, and curd; it is highly effective and fits easily in a middle-class budget.

I bought this huge tub of protein powder but I'm too tired to even mix it half the time. If only sleeping burned calories, I'd be fit by now!

I blindly started a very high protein diet which put a lot of pressure on my kidneys because I had an underlying issue. Please get a basic kidney function test before starting extreme diets.

It definitely works, bro. I switched my breakfast to eggs and started gymming, and the fat loss was pretty fast. Just make sure you are lifting weights too.

High protein helped me lose weight, which also helped in managing my high BP. But don't do it blindly; keep checking your cholesterol levels regularly.

I lost about 8 kgs in three months by switching to a high-protein diet. It actually works because you don't feel hungry every two hours like before.
