Does drop work for weight loss?

My cousin is trying some new 'drop' supplement for weight loss and claims it's fantastic. I'm looking for ways to shed a few extra kilos myself. Does this 'drop' product actually work for losing weight, or is it just a gimmick?

I have been seeing ads for these weight loss drops all over social media lately. Honestly, I am super curious if they actually do anything or if it's just another marketing trend. Has anyone here actually tried them for more than a month?

Don't waste your money on this, yaar! Actually, my friend ordered these drops online and nothing happened, she just felt super dehydrated. It is better to just do some cardio and eat clean instead of relying on such hacks.

My doctor clearly told me that there is no clinical evidence supporting the efficacy of these weight loss drops. Most of them contain high amounts of caffeine or laxatives, which only cause temporary water weight loss and can be harmful. It is best to avoid them.

I totally get it, when you are struggling to lose those last few kilos, you feel like trying anything that might help. But please don't put unregulated chemicals in your body. It is much safer to stick to a simple diet plan.

Honestly, drops won't work. I track my daily calorie intake on MyFitnessPal and monitor my steps with a smartwatch, and that is what actually gets results. Focus on creating a consistent calorie deficit and tracking your movement instead.

I tried some fat-burning drops early last year and they did absolutely nothing for me. I only started losing weight when I finally joined a gym and kept a food diary to track my actual calorie intake. Save your money and stick to the basics.

I spent a lot of money on different weight loss supplements and drops over the years, and none of them worked. The only real solution is portion control and consistency. Start by cutting down on sugar and processed carbs first.
