Does drinking apple cider vinegar cause hair loss?

After starting diluted apple cider vinegar every morning for its supposed health benefits, my hair seems to be falling out more than usual. Is there any truth to ACV causing hair loss?

I have been taking diluted ACV in the morning for a year along with my regular pranayama routine and haven't faced any hair fall. Honestly, hair health depends more on your overall scalp circulation and stress levels. Just don't overdo it, keep your body alkaline, and practice some deep breathing.

My grandmother always tells us to use natural things and avoid sour drinks in excess, but my doctor confirmed there is no link between apple cider vinegar and hair loss. He actually said hair fall is mostly due to vitamin deficiencies or thyroid issues. Better to consult a proper doctor to check your iron and B12 levels first.

I used to drink ACV daily for my gut, but I stopped because it made my throat feel a bit dry. I didn't see any changes in my hair volume though, neither bad nor good. It stayed exactly the same.

Bhai, ACV is just fermented apple juice, it won't make your hair fall out suddenly. If you are losing hair, look at your hard water, cheap shampoos, or high stress. Don't blame the poor vinegar for everything, just drink it diluted and relax.

Beta, in my sixty years I have tried many of these modern health trends including apple cider vinegar. It never caused any hair fall for me or anyone in my family. Hair goes away with age and genetics, so do not worry too much about these small things.
