Does creatine help with hair loss?

I've been experiencing significant hair loss lately, and I'm looking for anything that might help. Someone vaguely suggested creatine could be beneficial for hair health. Does creatine help with hair loss, or is that completely unrelated?

No, creatine does not help with hair loss at all. If anything, there are old rumors about it causing hair loss, though those aren't fully proven either. For hair issues, stick to dermatologist-approved treatments.

Hey there! Creatine is purely for muscle building and strength, it won't help with hair growth. For shiny and strong hair, you might want to look into biotin or a good hair oil massage instead! 🌸

I was actually worried that creatine might make my hair fall out, so I researched it extensively. It definitely does not promote hair growth or help with hair loss. It's purely for gym workouts, so don't expect hair benefits from it.

Creatine is strictly for ATP production and muscle performance. It has zero benefits for your hair follicles. If hair fall is your main concern, focus on getting enough dietary protein, iron, and zinc.

My daughter tried various gym supplements thinking they would improve her overall health and hair, but creatine is only for muscles. We finally visited a trichologist who fixed her diet, and that is what actually worked.

Arrey nahi yaar, creatine ka hair loss thik karne se koi lena-dena nahi hai. Wo toh muscle building ke liye hota hai, haan? Hair fall ke liye toh doctor se prescription lena hi padega.

Creatine won't help your hair. If you are facing severe hair loss, save the money you'd spend on gym supplements and get a basic Vitamin D, B12, and Iron blood test first. It costs around 1000 rupees and will target the actual root cause.

Creatine is a supplement for physical strength in gym training, it won't help with hair problems. For hair health, try regular head massage with coconut oil and practice Balayam yoga daily. It brings natural blood flow to the scalp.

No way bro, creatine doesn't help with hair loss at all. It's just for athletic performance. If your hair is shedding, you're better off checking your water quality or talking to a skin doctor.

I've been using creatine for two years. It did wonders for my bench press, but did absolutely nothing for my hair fall. Don't buy it expecting it to save your hairline, that's not what it does.

To be clear, creatine has no therapeutic role in treating hair loss. It only increases muscle phosphocreatine stores. For hair fall, you need targeted treatments like minoxidil or nutritional supplements after consulting a doctor.

Creatine is not designed for treating hair loss. If you are experiencing sudden or severe hair fall, please consult a dermatologist immediately to rule out any scalp infections or hormonal imbalances.
